central location clean room helpful staff small chocolates
The location was excellent, very close to the main square. The room was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. I received little chocolates on my pillows at night (a NICE touch).

really good stay near major attractions
welcome drinks chocolates pillows
the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations! i received welcome drinks upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. i also got little treats in my room, like chocolates on the pillows, a nice detail i appreciated. the housekeeping was kind and efficient.
The air conditioning wasn't very strong. I wished it could be adjusted to a cooler temperature at night. the ac settings remained at 23-24 degrees. adjusting this would greatly improve comfort during hot weather.

street noise stale pastries
the location was acceptable it was easy to reach main attractions
the room i got was a triple room extra bed but it was noisy i heard everything from the street below and people talking in the hallway the breakfast was very basic too it lacked variety and the quality of the food wasn't great the pastries seemed stale and the coffee was weak

lovely welcome functional facilities weak air conditioning closed blinds
the staff offered a lovely welcome. they suggested many places to visit near the premises. the room was spacious all the facilities were functional. the view faced a dior shop.
the air conditioning was not strong enough especially at night. it was not adjustable either. the room heated up after sunlight came through the blinds so i had to keep them closed all day
